We provide nationwide notary services via remote online notarizations. Save time and get your document(s) notarized safely from the comfort of your home. Online notarization is a notarial act performed by an online notary through a recorded two-way video and audio conference. This is a technology that meets the standards adopted by the Commonwealth of Virginia. Remote online notarizations can be done anywhere in the world (with the exception of Illinois) as long as you have valid United States photo identification. Same day appointments are available. Total signing time can be under 30 minutes!
HOW IT WORKS

All you need is a United States Form of Identification and a computer with a webcam.

It is your responsibility to make sure your document is accepted by the recipient.

All notarizations are recorded for security purposes.

Please note, that basic online notarization includes 1 stamp and 1 signature only.

You will be emailed a link to click on where you will upload your picture ID and answer a few questions to verify your identity.

We will then meet online via computer webcam to notarize your document. All done!
